BLKEPCM is designed to give clients and partners maximum flexibility. Depending on the opportunity, we can operate as a consortium, SPV, lead-partner structure, specialist panel, secondment platform or tier-one EPCM partner.
One company leads the opportunity based on client relationship, technical fit, commercial capacity or project history. Other BLKEPCM members provide defined specialist support.
Multiple BLKEPCM members jointly pursue and deliver a project under a structured consortium arrangement.
For large, long-term or higher-risk projects, BLKEPCM can establish a project-specific SPV to manage governance, risk, contracting, delivery and accountability.
Clients can access a panel of pre-vetted specialist firms under BLKEPCM for specific technical, project or advisory requirements.
BLKEPCM can partner with established EPCM firms that require meaningful local participation, black engineering capability, specialist resources and delivery support.
